MOSTLY 0 and 1:
YOU HAVE NORMAL SKIN!
Maintain your skin's health with correct hydration and by taking care of the most delicate zones of your face, such as the eyes. Choose a hydrating line such as Hydramemory, and if you are beyond your thirties, choose the Sublime Skin line. Use sunscreens with a high SPF (at least 30) to protect your face, and make-up that is dermatologically tested. Furthermore, drink at least 2 liters of water per day, along with a diet rich in seasonal vegetables and fruits.
YOUR SKIN IS SENSTIZED!
Use Remedy products to immediately reduce sensitized skin and to bring it back to a state of balance. Avoid strong temperature changes and examine the make-up products you use: try to identify the sources of skin sensitization (skin care or make-up products) and remove them from your beauty routine. Protect your face with a high SPF sunscreen, avoid smoke, and reduce the consumption of alcohol.
MOSTLY 3 and 4:
YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN!
Use the products of the Remedy line, to soothe and fortify sensitive, sensitized and redness-prone skin. Avoid smoke, alcohol and spicy food. Avoid strong pressure during massage. Reduce sun exposure, preferring the shade, and consistently use creams with a very high SPF (50+). Add avocado and chia seeds to your daily diet, as they are ideal natural sources of Omega 3, and try to select fish (ideally bluefish and salmon) more often than meat.
