CITRUS CHICKPEA SALAD

Ingredients:
For the salad
2 large organic oranges
1 lime or small lemon
1 large fennel bulb (9 oz, cleaned)
3 oz fresh asparagus (about 8 spear)
10 pecans or walnuts, chopped
1 red spring onion, about 2 oz
3/4 cup canned chickpeas, drained

For the citrus vinaigrette
2 tsp flaxseed oil
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil or grapeseed oil
2 tsp fresh-squeezed lime or lemon juice
pinch of salt
