WHAT MORPHOTYPE ARE YOU?

Morphotypes are recurrent physical features that represent the most common shapes of a woman’s body: each one tends to accumulate fat differently, and is characterized by specific skin flaws. The good news? For each morphotype we also have the correct lifestyle routine to strengthen our health and exalt our beauty!

THE DIFFERENT TYPE OF SKIN’S FLAWS

EDEMATOUS CELLULITE = SWELLING
The initial stage in which water retention and general swelling play a dominant role.
Typical “orange peel” effect.
ADIPOSE CELLULITE = ACCUMULATION OF FAT
An advanced stage with an anomalous activity of the fibroblasts, adipocytes and significantly altered microcirculation. The skin acquires the classic “mattress” appearance.
LACK OR LOSS OF TONE
Often accompanies the two previous stages but can also appear without cellulite. It entails the reduction of the skin’s elasticity and leaves it less compact.

 


 

RECTANGULAR MORPHOTYPE*

BODY SHAPE: small chest, sloping shoulders
ACCUMULATION: does not accumulate easily. Edematous cellulite on the knees.
YOUR MAIN PROBLEM: Edematous Cellulite. With age, accompanied by a loss of tone.

THE IDEAL DIET
Opt for a high-protein diet without dairy products or sugars.
BREAKFAST:  eggs, salmon or pastrami • SNACK: Walnuts, wholewheat bread  • LUNCH: Salad with wholegrain cereals (in US, say “grains”) with meat or soya or seitan • SNACK: fruit salad • DINNER: meat, pulses or fish with vegetables
